First year proprietary equity traders receive a salary.
Upon completion of your first year, proprietary equity traders are eligible to receive a draw against anticipated earnings.
Proprietary equity traders are eligible for performance based bonuses.
We fully fund our proprietary equity traders with the necessary capital for trading.
We provide intensive continuing education seminars throughout a trader’s career.
