What type of information do we collect and how do we collect it?

We collect and store the information you provide through Resume Builder ("Resume Information"). Such Resume Information consists of biographical and other personal information ("Personal Information") about you.

We may also use "cookies" to collect certain information when you interact with the Services. Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we may transfer to your computer hard drive through your Web browser to enable our systems to recognize that browser. Registration is not currently required in order to participate in the Services or Resume Builder. However, in the event registration is required to access the Services or Resume Builder in the future, we will use cookies to identify previously registered visitors, so that they will not be required to enter registration information upon each visit. Visitors may set their browsers not to accept cookies, however, in the event registration is required to access the Services or Resume Builder in the future, they may then be required to re-enter certain information each time they visit the site. In the event that we do, at some time in the future, require registration to participate in the Services or Resume Builder, we will notify you through a change in this Privacy Statement.

What do we do with the information we collect?

Your Personal Information is used solely to evaluate your candidacy as a prospective employee of Trillium. Trillium may share such Personal Information with any of its affiliates in the same form in which you provide it. Trillium will hold Personal Information confidential and will not share or sell Personal Information to any unaffiliated third-party. If Trillium is interested in your candidacy, a representative of Trillium will contact you personally.

Can Visitors access and update their information?

A user may submit their resume by typing the text into the resume builder. The user must agree by clicking on a Îwarning window1 that the information to be submitted, is entering a non-secure environment. The user cannot retrieve a resume previously sent, but only re-send a new resume. The resume is not stored on the website, and therefore visitors cannot update their information because it is transmitted directly and immediately via email to our recruitment department.

Can Visitors opt out of providing information?

If you decide to opt-out of using Resume Builder, you should send your Resume to Trillium Trading, LLC in hard-copy only.

What about security?

We maintain any personal information and data according to strict standards of security and confidentiality. However, absolute security does not exist on the Internet. The information therein contained is not subject to public dissemination. The information is erased upon exiting the web browser.

Does Trillium provide information in any other way?

Other than as described above, Trillium does not provide visitors information as part of its business, except that (i) Trillium may share information with its subsidiaries and affiliates, (ii) Trillium may provide information when required in order to respond to written regulatory requests, subpoenas, court orders or legal process, and (iii) in the event of a sale of any Trillium entity or a sale of all or substantially all of the assets of any Trillium entity such information could be part of the business transferred.
